-The rotator cuff is arguably comparable to being like the knee of the upper body. Why? Because the rotator cuff muscles in general are underdeveloped & forgotten about. The reason for pain is due to the lack of attention given to them. The 4 small muscles consisting of the 1) supraspinatus 2) infraspinatus 3) teres minor muscle 4) subscapularis.
- With a smarter approach to training, the pain can be eased, prevented, or even solved with consistent stretching & warm up exercises. After all, proper preparation prevents poor performance.
