I've been an athlete my whole live from adolescence to young adulthood ranging from individual sports to team sports even at the colligate level. After I picked up weights, I never looked back & became a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. I now am a Marketing Major at John Carroll University while being a PT at the local YMCA's of Greater Cleveland.

MUSCLE BUILDING

This is a popular trend in the fitness industry today. As a high school state qualifier in cross country & colligate swimmer, I was always lean with minimal body fat. After retiring, I packed on muscle mass naturally from 150lbs to 192lbs in 1.5 years. Proper training + dieting allows fat loss, muscle mass gain, & so on.

STRENGTH TRAINING

After adding on the muscle I desired, I then moved to compete as a powerlifter. I train for strength & the maximal lifts of squat, bench press, & deadlift.

WEIGHT LOSS / GAIN

Everyone has an ideal image of what they want to look like. I work with clients who want to drop their body fat, increase muscle mass, improve on their weaknesses all through goal orientation. Each person is unique as well as the training approaches.
